Allie has an innate ability to instil feelings of both excitement and calm. Excitement for her smart, bold, insight-led ideas and well-composed words, and calmness knowing she has everything under control. She is thorough and is always thinking one move ahead. She is not only a great collaborator and energetic member of the department, she is also a born leader, with infectious energy and presentation skills. At the time of writing, she is a finalist at See It Be It, which is no mean feat. Whatever happens, (and I hope what happens is Allie goes to Cannes to learn from some incredible mentors) She is definitely It. Allie has been a brilliant help to me on both Berlei and NRMA. She is someone you want on your team, I only wish we were able to keep her. Whatever she does next, I can't wait to see it.
